Designed by FK Architecture and developed by Archway Partners in collaboration with the Tampa Housing Authority and Signature Property Group, Casa Bel-Mar offers high-quality, affordable living options to families earning between 30% and 80% of the area median income. Construction on the four-story complex began in June 2023, with support from Hillsborough County, the City of Tampa, and additional financial partners committed to bringing affordable housing to the Tampa Bay area.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>The grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held on January 28 at 10:00 a.m. at 4003 S Manhattan Ave, Tampa<\/u>. Attendees will include special guests such as Tampa Mayor Jane Castor, along with representatives from the project\u2019s partner organizations.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Casa Bel-Mar features 100 units, with one- and two-bedroom floor plans, offering a range of community amenities, including a community center, library and tech lab, fitness center, and spaces for adult literacy programs and employment assistance.
